Äiti Recycled Paper Miniprint
Lilies for femininity, swans for enduring love: this illustration combines flowers for the mother figures of today, and a prehistoric ancestor of the birds that, in Finnish folklore, are messengers between the living and the dead, reminding us that the matriarchs who came before us are with us still, in the love and life we give today.
(Äiti is the Finnish word for Grandmother. My Finnish grandmother was the inspiration behind this illustration.)
Printed in the US on recycled heavy cardstock, with a postcard-format back. 7” x 5”
As with all Patreon designs, this item is single-run only, and once sold out, will not be restocked.
