In No Darkness Lasts Forever, we have the skull of a triceratops surrounded by opportunistic ferns and early mammals from the condylarth family, which are using the skull for shelter. Triceratops were one of the last dinosaur species to survive the K-T extinction event that signaled the beginning of the end of dinosaurs.. but the beginning of mammal’s rise to dominance on earth.
